IT’S MY BIRTHDAY!!!!! Since every single last plan I made to celebrate this year has been cancelled, I wanted to take this time to reflect on my past year and on NADPOP 2019. It’s been quite the year, and considering all that’s going on right now, I’m sad to be missing out on my annual festivities. I’m excited for all that’s to come in this next year.

The Portal was a completely different world, filled with so many wubs, good people and poi. I never would’ve imagined what my life would look like just a few weeks after Okeechobee. I so grateful to have gotten one last fest in before the world flipped upside down.

March is usually so, so exciting for me, but this year, things are a litttleeeeee different. I wanted to still bring together a lil mix of some hot chunes. Marrying my favorite bass and electro tracks on this one could not have been more fun.

Two weeks ago, I wrote down the biggest lessons I took away from 2019. This was an incredibly challenging year, and I think I learned more about myself, my circles and the world than ever before. Let’s get it, 2020.

Yes, that’s right, my family did indeed go on another cruise. This year for Thanksgiving, the #whitetrashworldtour picked up and headed south to the Western Caribbean for a week of fun in the sun, Modelo time (foo) and enough buffets for the rest of my life.

Thailand is magic, elephants are that special, and khao soi is hell tasty. Traveling to Chiang Mai was the perfect way to close my summer, and I miss it every day.

Woweeee, after a jam-packed October and trying to return to reality after Wakaan, I’m looking forward to a month of continuing my good spirits, getting to see family and friends and stopping into some killer shows.

Wakaan Fest. That’s it. That’s the post. Well, not the whole post, but Wakaan proved to be the best festival I’ve ever attended and one of the most rewarding weekends of my life. Who knew you could have fun in Arkansas?
